As the newest event space situated in the heart of Baton Rouge’s Mid City, our beautifully renovated Executive Hall (facility) is the premier venue to host your next business meeting, seminar, training or personal event. The Executive Hall offers space for up to 300 guests (no tables) or up to 120 seated guests (5’ round tables) with floor plan options to fit various meeting styles. Modern design and state of the art audio/visual technology make The Executive Hall a unique venue built to make a lasting impression on your guests.

​Whether you require additional space for your event registration, catered food display, or if you’re hosting a small-scale event for 36 guests (standing) or 18 seated guests, The Vestibule provides a multifunctional space that’s customizable for your event, including- floor plan options, audio visual capabilities, direct access to The Executive Hall, service kitchen and Outdoor Pavilion Courtyard.

The Oaks Meeting Room

THE OAKS MEETING ROOM

​​With ceiling to floor windows offering views of hundred years old live oaks nestled in the rear of our property, The Oaks Meeting Room provides the perfect space for your next board meeting, small group training or conference breakout! The Oaks offers seating for up to 16 guests with additional seating around the perimeter of the room, reconfigurable training tables and the latest audio visual technology for your presentation needs. Also, enjoy access to the adjoining 850 sq. ft. landscaped courtyard.  Amenities include a hard patio surface and partially covered under balcony.
